Giorgio R. Saumat has served as Chief Executive Officer of Earth Science Tech, Inc. since February 2023 and as Chairman of the Board since 2022. Under his leadership, ETST has transformed from a small holding company into a profitable, debt-free, vertically integrated healthcare platform spanning compounding pharmacy, telemedicine, clinical support, and direct-to-patient fulfillment, supplemented by real estate and consumer-products divisions.

Mr. Saumat's strategy is to operate ETST as a strategic holding company: acquiring and building cash-generating subsidiaries and giving them shared legal, accounting, and administrative infrastructure so each can focus on serving patients and customers. Since his arrival, the company has expanded through the acquisition and development of RxCompoundStore, Mister Meds, Peaks Curative, DOConsultation, MOCTeledoc (MyOnlineConsultation.com), Las Villas Health Care, Avenvi, MagneChef, and most recently Zoolzy LLC, a wholesale distributor of active pharmaceutical ingredients that internalizes ETST's supply chain and opens a path into veterinary therapeutics.

Before ETST, Mr. Saumat spent more than two decades as an investor, real estate professional, and entrepreneur. Over the same period he founded, operated, and successfully exited multiple businesses, and established POINT96 Consulting, which advises private businesses and accredited investors on strategy, capital allocation, and growth. He holds a degree in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers University.

In 2020 Mr. Tabraue purchased RxCompoundStore.com with partners and the vision of starting a telemedicine platform to expand the company’s reach and compete in the online market. Just a few months later the vision of telemedicine became an idea called Peaks and is now Peaks Curative. In 2021 Peaks Curative was incorporated and acquired by ETST. Mario has the ability to work at all levels of an organization and excels in project management. His knack for operations and technical knowledge coupled with experience in legal is a unique skill-set that is valuable and very hard to find all in one.

Mr. Cazeau is an attorney whose practice areas have included Government Contracts, Lobbying and Municipal Law. Mr. Cazeau currently serves as the City Attorney for the City of North Miami. Prior to becoming City Attorney, Mr. Cazeau assisted clients in obtaining and keeping contracts with federal, state and local government entities. Mr. Cazeau is experienced in assisting small, minority and women owned businesses obtain various socio-economic certifications such as Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE); Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) certifications and SBA 8(a). Before attending law school, Mr. Cazeau served nine years as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy. During his naval career he held several positions including Anti-Submarine Warfare Officer, Legal Officer, and Navigator aboard USS ELLIOT (DD 967) and Politico-Military Affairs Officer at United States Southern Command (SOUTHCOM).

Dr. Curia, a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation, possesses extensive knowledge in addressing musculoskeletal disorders and overseeing neuro-rehabilitation following injuries or illness. His residency training took place at Jackson Memorial Hospital and Larkin Community Hospital, where he excelled as Chief Resident. Before entering residency, he assumed the role of Medical Research Director, contributing to numerous pharmaceutical clinical trials and the development and implementation of orthopedic technology. Engaging in community outreach initiatives, he crafted quality improvement protocols tailored for underserved populations in Miami Dade county. Presently, Dr. Curia focuses on treating patients with musculoskeletal disorders, athletes, and amputees.

Mr. Sanchez is a seasoned firefighter/paramedic and a driven entrepreneur. With more than two decades of dedicated service in the firefighting and paramedic field, he has been a stalwart in his community. In addition to his public service, Yovan is also a real estate owner and manager in South Florida. In 2011, he took the initiative to establish Hot Box Incubators Corp. Yovan’s commitment to community development extends to supporting youth programs, culminating in the creation of Miami Springs Jiu Jitsu in 2022. Furthermore, he possesses over 20 years of valuable experience in the boat and yacht industry, specializing in identifying opportunities and harnessing them to his advantage. His extensive network of connections across various industries bolsters his ability to make the most of these opportunities.

Victoria Losada has been working in healthcare since 2018. She is a dedicated professional and has been leveraging her extensive experience and expertise to enhance the operations and efficiency at RxCompoundStore.com, LLC. since August of 2022. In 2023, Victoria was selected as Secretary and Treasurer of Earth Science Tech. She brought her practical insights and leadership experience to help guide the strategic direction and governance of the company. Her diverse professional background and commitment to excellence make her a valued asset in shaping innovative solutions and policies within Earth Science Tech as well as all its current and future subsidiaries.

Mr. Flores is a performance-driven financial professional with over ten years of experience in the field. He graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor in Science of Accounting from Florida National University; he continued his graduate education in Nova Southeastern University, where he obtained a Master in Science of Taxation in 2017; he has a strong history of successful achievements, overseeing, leading, and directing financial divisions, and departments within large organizations like St. George Logistics, where he was Divisional Controller for four years, and mid-sized organizations like Curated Investments LLC, where he was the Financial Controller for four years. He is an expert in a wide variety of business functions, including, preparing the company for growth, systems integration and migration, controllership, risk management, inventory control, P&L management, internal controls, financial reporting, audit, and continuous process enhancements.
